Data Handling and Third-Party LLM Providers

Kaiboard uses third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers to process your AI prompts and generate responses. When you use an AI prompt, the following data is sent to the selected LLM provider:

• Your prompt text.
• Any selected text from the app you are using (the "context").

This data is transmitted securely to the LLM provider. The specific provider used depends on the AI model you select within the Kaiboard app. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party providers, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies. We take reasonable measures to ensure that these providers have adequate security measures in place.

Data Kaiboard Does *Not* Collect

Kaiboard *does not* collect, store, or transmit any of your typing data beyond what is absolutely necessary to execute the selected AI prompt. This means we do *not* collect:

• Your keystrokes or any other text you type that is not part of an AI prompt.
• Your personal information, such as names, addresses, or phone numbers.

Keyboard Access

To provide custom keyboard functionality, Kaiboard requires "Full Access" permission from your device. This is a standard iOS requirement for all custom keyboards. This permission is used solely to enable the keyboard to function correctly and to allow it to communicate with the selected LLM provider when you use an AI prompt. We do *not* use this access to collect any other data.

In-app purchases

When you make in-app purchases (if applicable), the transaction is handled securely through Apple's App Store. We do not access or store any of your payment information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
