Terms of Service

Thank you for using Kaiboard. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy govern your use of Kaiboard's custom keyboard services and applications, so please read them carefully before using Kaiboard. By using Kaiboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Kaiboard. From time to time, it may become necessary to make changes to the Terms and our Privacy Policy. Therefore, we reserve the right to update and/or modify the Terms and our Privacy Policy at any time without giving notice to you. Please review these Terms, especially before you enable the keyboard. The date of the last modification of our Terms and Privacy Policy is listed at the bottom.

Using our Services

To use our Services you must follow some simple rules. The Service is only available for your private use. Do not misuse the Services, so that either Kaiboard or anyone else is harmed in any way. You may only use the Services as permitted by law and these Terms. By using our Services, you agree that:

You understand that Kaiboard requires full keyboard access to function as a custom keyboard, and you grant this permission knowingly and voluntarily.
While we make every effort to provide helpful AI prompt responses, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of suggestions for all contexts.
You may not use the keyboard to engage in any illegal activities or to transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to hate speech, threats, or spam.
You understand that any AI prompt responses are generated based on your custom prompts and sent to a third-party LLM (Large Language Model) provider, depending on the AI model you select in the app. You should review generated responses before sending.
You agree that if you have any feedback or encounter any issues with Kaiboard, you will contact us to help us improve our Services.

Violation of any of these Terms can result in the termination of your access to the Services. If you violate these terms, you will not get a refund.

Data Transfer to Third-Party LLM Providers

Kaiboard utilizes third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers to process your AI prompts and generate responses. When you use an AI prompt, your prompt text and relevant context (such as selected text) will be sent to the selected LLM provider. The specific provider used depends on the AI model you choose within the Kaiboard app. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party providers, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies. We take reasonable measures to ensure that these providers have adequate security measures in place.

Data Privacy and Local Processing

While the execution of your prompts is handled by third-party LLM providers, Kaiboard does not collect, store, or transmit your typing data beyond what is necessary to execute the selected AI prompt.

AI-Powered Features

Kaiboard allows you to create and manage custom AI prompts. When you use a prompt, your prompt text and relevant context are sent to the selected third-party LLM provider to generate a response. The accuracy and relevance of responses depend on the quality and specificity of your prompts and the capabilities of the chosen LLM provider. You should always review the generated responses before sending.

Termination

If you breach any of these Terms, we have the right to suspend or disable your access to or use of the Service.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kaiboard regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Kaiboard relating to your use of the Service.
