When you install Memoree from the App Store, the Memoree shortcut will automatically be installed. The first time you say "Hey Siri, Memoree", Apple will ask you to activate the Memoree Shortcut. Once activated, you can always use Memoree with Siri. If you did not enable it initially, you will need to activate the Siri shortcut manually in the Shortcuts app.

You can activate Memoree's shortcut by saying, "Hey Siri, Memoree." Siri should then ask, "What do you want to do?" To ensure seamless functionality, confirm that the Memoree Shortcut is installed in the Shortcuts app. For detailed installation instructions, please see the section titled "How can I install Memoree's Shortcut?"

Memoree receives your spoken words from Siri. If Siri misunderstands you, it's possible that your Siri is not set up correctly. To ensure proper setup, you can follow the official instructions on the Apple website.

Your data is stored on your device and, when iCloud is available, synchronized to your personal iCloud account so it stays accessible across your Apple devices. If iCloud storage is unavailable, your data is saved only on your local device. Memoree never keeps a copy of your content on its own servers.

Your privacy is our priority. When you ask a question, the relevant content is first encoded into an embedding using the Amazon Titan model on AWS to find the most relevant information. Your request is then processed by Amazon Bedrock over a connection established directly between your device and Bedrock. This content is never stored, logged, or used to train AI models — it is processed only to generate your answer and then discarded. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your data remains on your device unless you delete the app. If you cancel your subscription, premium features will no longer be accessible. Similarly, if your tokens are depleted, you will not be able to use AI services.

You can easily delete the Memoree app and its data from iCloud.
